Dall’Era Valerio manages the entire production cycle from forging to sandblasting, from tooling to turning and threading of nuts, T-pieces, elbows, connections, inserts, knurled nuts, caps, water connections, tails, headworks, wing nuts, knobs, gas connection nuts and other brass connections. 90,000 pieces per hour are machined by using state-of-the-art CNC machines.
Over one million pieces produced per day
Dall’Era Valerio produces 1.3 million brass pieces per day including nuts, wing nuts, gas connection nuts, brass connections, T-pieces, elbows, brass connections for heating systems, inserts, knurled nuts, caps , hose connections, tails for thermostatic valves, tails for flat seals, tails with o-ring seat, backnuts, headworks, gas knobs, S-connectors, nickel-plated and chrome-plated fittings, gas reducers, brass hose-holders and many other bodies made of brass including angle valves
Certified quality
The commitment to a very high quality standard is ensured by the experience gained in over 50 years of activity in the brass world. The quality standards are recognised by the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
The technical office is able to design and produce nuts, connections, fittings, tails, headworks, knobs and all types of brass connection bodies based on the customer’s drawing and specifications.
The metrological laboratory monitors production according to international standards. All production tooling is created internally.
