The increase of the production line sees the insertion of 2 new transfers. These are 6-unit transfers for the production of particularly complex brass nuts and fittings. These machines guarantee an absolute low number of rejects due to production defects. To date, we can ensure a reject of only a few units per million pieces produced.
The transfer machinery park has a total of 53 production islands of the latest generation. The transfer machines and other machines occupy almost 10,000 square meters of production areas that guarantee a production capacity of around 1.3 million pieces per day. Not only nuts, but also almost all types of brass connections. From tees to elbows, from tails with o-ring seats to locknuts, from inserts to nuts nipples, from Headworks to gas knobs. There are also tails for thermostatic valves, tails for flat gaskets, eccentrics, nickel-plated and chrome-plated fittings, gas reductions, brass hose shanks and many brass bodies including angle valves.
The increase of Dall’Era Valerio’s production line serves to answer to the growing international orders in 31 countries. Corporate customers, particularly in Europe and Asia, but also in the US, require brass fittings and connections with specific characteristics. Dall’Era Valerio’s production has been enlarged in time, consolidating its ability to propose a very wide variety of brass components. Widened by size of the piece, ranging from 1/2″ to 3″, by shape of the finished product and by sector of use. Starting from the customer’s technical drawing, we are able to manage a particularly complex finished piece.
It is possible to guarantee reliability and resistance of the most complex pieces because we manage closely all the working phases. From hot forging – able to assure the best brass adaptation and the high stress resistances – to machining, up to threading.
