The redevelopment of a new 19,000 sq. m. area is in full swing, adding to the production site at the Sabbio Chiese headquarters
Dall’Era Valerio continues the process of enlargement to support the international demand. To the current spaces that compose the headquarter in Sabbio Chiese, in the province of Brescia, where more than 60 people work, it is added a building of more than 19,000 sqm. A space that is undergoing a radical renovation to meet the growing needs for brass nuts and fittings, which are already reaching 31 countries in the 5 continents. Our development plans, which place us today as one of the most innovative Italian players in the brass components sector, are ambitious and foresee a further rooting in the markets beyond our borders. Not only an even more widespread presence in Europe, where we have always exported, but also in the United States and Canada, as well as in various areas in Asia.
In order to face the growth process of the next years, Dall’Era Valerio is going to equip itself with spaces that will favour the logistics and the overall production. Already today, our brass fittings are used in many sectors, among the most disparate: they are used in heating systems, in civil and industrial plumbing, in gas, in valves, in taps and fittings and in refrigeration, just to name a few. The support to the growth is made possible by a strong know-how in the production of nuts and brass fittings of almost any shape within a range from 1/2″ to 3″.
The renovation of the new space will require months of work. The aim is to bring it up to the technological and functional level of the entire plant. In fact, in recent years, the current factory has undergone constant technological and infrastructural improvements to make it more and more efficient. The entire production process of our nuts and other fittings takes place in Sabbio Chiese, with a total daily capacity of 1.3 million pieces. This is an exceptional result, guaranteed by considerable investments, skilled personnel and latest state of the art machinery. Each phase is characterized by precise, continuous improvements that allow us to respond appropriately to the needs of our international customers.
In fact, all the main steps, from the technical drawing according to the customer’s instructions to the machining, up to the threading, take place in a site that is particularly attentive to performance and quality. The quality control chain implemented by Dall’Era follows a strict protocol, whose verification data are documented according to the standards required both by international regulations and by customers. The new 19,000 sqm warehouse will support the growth process. New spaces for new goals to be reached.
