Dall’Era Valerio replaces some transfer machines. In compliance with a company policy aimed at growth, we have chosen to renew two strategic production machinery. Although we find ourselves in a highly unstable period with an uncertain future, our policy remains unchanged. We continue to invest to see a very high overall efficiency and confirm one of our main objectives: to produce brass nuts and brass components of the highest quality.
The renewal has seen the replacement of two outdated transfers with the latest generation models. These are transfers with 8 units capable of raising the quality standard. Today, the company has one of the biggest parkmachine in our sector. There are 51 transfers , 11 presses, 7 Hatebur, 5 blasting machines, 3 deburring machines, 1 oven for heat treatments and machines for optical control. A parkmachine capables of generating a production of around one million three hundred thousand pieces per day. An even more noteworthy result is the minimum level of rejection of defective parts, which is around a few units per million produced.
The replacement of transfer machines serves to satisfy an increasingly wide range of brass nuts and fittings. In fact, for many years now production has expanded to a very wide variety of brass components. They vary in size, shape and use, including wing nuts, gas connection nuts and brass connections, T-pieces, elbows, brass heating connections, inserts, ring-nuts, caps, water pipe connections. And also tails for thermostatic valves, tails for flat gaskets, tails with o-ring seat, locknuts, screws, gas knobs, S-connectors, nickel-plated and chrome-plated fittings, gas reductions, brass hose connections and many brass bodies including angle valves.
Ours is an almost infinite range in brass that comes from the customer’s technical drawing. It is therefore not a catalogue production, but absolutely flexible in terms of size, weight, shape and general technical characteristics. Our components are intended for a myriad of more or less complex equipment and machinery that are used in the refrigeration, taps and fittings, valves, plumbing and gas systems sectors.
