Through the support of Axis I in favor of growth and employment, the company launches a “Project for the implementation of an innovative production process for the diversification and realization of new products”.
New machineries for the diversification and enlargement of the products with improvement of the overall quality. This is the main objective of a path of innovation undertaken by Dall’Era Valerio, promoted and financially supported by some institutional partners including the Lombardy Region. A virtuous process possible thanks to the POR FESR 2014-2020 to increase innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. So, the project presented by Dall’Era Valerio has been evaluated as suitable and provides a strong commitment of the company in increasing the production quality. In this way it is possible to obtain a range of products even more performing. A result possible thanks to the mutual commitment between institutions and company, financing a new generation production line.
The innovation project that has involved Dall’Era Valerio allows a decisive leap forward on several fronts. First of all the productive quality. In fact, thanks to the strengthening of the production line of brass bodies and fittings through 3 transfer machines, we are able to provide even more laborious and complex workings. In other words, a further step added to the delicate process of Quality management. The 3 transfer machines are BTB and Tecnotransfer with 27 units and rotating clamps that guarantee a 360° mobility of the piece.
In addition to quality, the improvement is also reflected in the range of brass fittings. Transfer 4.0 allow the realization of new shapes of nuts, bodies and fittings even more complex. Dall’Era Valerio is in the leading edge in the production range of brass nuts, bodies and fittings on customer’s drawing. An even more complex customization, which reaches a high efficiency and quality especially for the most complex fittings. All this in order to meet the needs of international customers, located in 31 countries where Dall’Era Valerio has been exporting for years.
The expansion of the production line was co-financed by the Lombardy Region through the call “LINEA INNOVATION” and by the POR, European Union programs intended to promote investment through specific funds. The ROP ERDF 2014-2020 are structural funds that help companies in the economic and employment growth of the production fabric and in the propensity for innovation. The cohesion policy implemented through structural funds is an important means of investment by the European Union.
