An event thought, wanted and realized to tell the territory and to discuss all the future developments of the industry
The Smart Innovation Festival, the first edition of Supernova takes place in the symbolic place of Val Trompia, where the hard manual work has been handed down with passion between generations, until it became the cradle of world-renowned industrial productions. In Lumezzane, from 27th to 31st March 2019, the evolution of industrial and manufacturing innovation is told through some companies with the highest technological vocation in the Brescia province, including Dall’Era Valerio, in partnership among others with the AIB, the Polytechnic of Milan and the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia.
The Dall’Era Valerio, although today based in Sabbio Chiese, has its origins in Lumezzane over 50 years ago, remaining strongly tied to the entrepreneurial liveliness of the place. An innovative spirit is inscribed in the DNA of the leading company in the production of brass nuts and components for plumbing and heating. This approach emerges in the constant commitment to refine all the nut’s production processes, from the customization of the order to the use of the most advanced machinery, up to the obsessive attention to the quality of the products.
With these credentials the company introduces itself at the Smart Innovation Festival, presenting the e-PRESS system, particularly innovative in the tube sector. The e-PRESS system summarizes the best traditions of reliability, flexibility and safety of CSST corrugated pipes and brass fittings. Through a highly controlled production cycle, from hot-pressing of the bar to sandblasting, through numerical control machinery and meticulous tooling, the components achieve perfect shape of the entire range of fittings.
The first patented CSST steel tube press system is born. A tube whose mechanical seal consists of two pressing points. The inlet of the fitting has a “tooth” that blocks the tube and prevents it from slipping off. A second pressing point deforms the seal instead allowing penetration of the corrugations of the CSST tube. The result is a pressing technique designed and patented by the company, able to prevent any leakage of the fluid. A success achieved with the creation of an exclusive jaw with “E” profile, able to manage the controlled deformation of the fitting on the pipe.
