Dall’Era Valerio among the 400 best companies in Lombardy

ItalyPost and the Economy of Corriere della Sera conducted a survey that led to the identification of a group of excellent companies. The entrepreneurial realities of Lombardy with the highest growth rate and excellent budget performance were taken into consideration. The result is a panel of the “400 best companies in Lombardy” recognized with the prize “Champions of Lombardy”. During a meeting, held last May at the Innovation District of Kilometro Rosso in the province of Bergamo, which, in addition to being one of the most popular European innovation districts, is also a meeting place between business and research, were awarded the best companies, including Dall’Era Valerio.

Stringent budgetary requirements to be met

Among the criteria to be admitted among the best 400 companies we find first of all the size class: all the companies between 20 and 500 million euros of turnover in 2017 in Lombardy were taken into account, divided into two size classes, from 20 to 120 million euros and from 120 to 500 million. With regard to the “merit” requirements, the companies had to demonstrate that they had a rating between “excellent” and “balanced” (BB-BBB-A-AAA-AAA); a CAGR 2011-2017 equal to or greater than 3% and an average EBITDA of the last 3 years equal to or greater than 8% for companies with a turnover of 20-120 million euros, the range within which our company is located. A low debt ratio, i.e. no more than 80%. An average NFP/EBITDA ratio of less than 2.5 over the last three years and a “positive” EBIT 2017. In addition to guaranteeing, of course, a “positive” net result recorded in the financial statements.
