Dall’Era Valerio‘s products – nuts, wing nuts, gas connection nuts, brass connections, T-pieces, elbows, brass connections for heating, inserts, knurled nuts, caps, hose connections, tails for thermostatic valves, tails for flat seals, tails with o-ring seat, backnuts, headworks, gas knobs, S-connectors, nickel-plated fittings and other brass connection bodies – are used in plumbing, gas, refrigeration, water and valve systems.

These brass products, which comply with strict environmental and quality protocols, are made according to the customer’s technical design and specific needs. In fact, the production follows severe technical guidelines to ensure high quality according to the standards required both by international regulations and by customers.

The hot forging of the brass nut guarantees a higher quality performance compared to casting as for the integrity of the material, dimensional tolerances and finishes. Such a product is marked out by high tenacity, excellent resistance and limited dimensional tolerance. The articles are hot forged through Hatebur machines, the best available on the market with a production capacity of 12,000 pieces per hour, and then processed through high-productivity CNC machines.

The following phases, sandblasting, mechanical processing and washing, comply with an ISO Environmental Management system. In addition, the phases of sandblasting and mechanical processing enjoy a further ISO certification for quality.

The result of the commitment to product quality, which has lasted for over 50 years, is a production capacity of 1.3 million pieces per day and one of the most virtuous goals in the production of brass nuts with minimum waste.
