Dall’Era Valerio has closed 2017 with the growth. An increase in the demand for brass nuts and fittings, in particular for plumbing, gas, refrigeration, taps and valves.
The factors that have pushed up the production volumes are basically to be found in two areas: on the one hand, the just ended year was characterized by an international increase demand in many areas of the world. On the other hand, the growth in the demand for nuts by domestic and international customers attentive to quality, to which more than 90% of production is destined, has been even more evident. In particular, in addition to the nuts, the increase in demand was for plugs, water connections, tails, headworks, wing nuts and knobs, all according to customer requirements.
By quality we mean the great reliability of the brass components that have to withstand harsh stress and intensive use over the years. The mix of latest generation CNC machines and strict production procedures makes it possible to obtain the highest quality even for those markets where are expected the highest standards of reliability.
With over 60 persons, Dall’Era Valerio has its own technical office, quality offices and metrological laboratory, all for a synergy that allows to keep monitored products and ensuring tight tolerances. All verification data are documented according to the international and customers standards.
