Dall’Era Valerio among the promoters of the eighth territorial tender for Valle Sabbia
Dall’Era Valerio has helped to provide financial resources to support the territorial tender for proposals for the Valle Sabbia. The tender, now in its eighth edition in 2019, is promoted by the Fondazione della Comunità Bresciana with the aim of stimulating “new responses to needs” in the valley. Social projects will therefore be financed in the areas of social and social-health assistance, the protection and enhancement of the artistic, historical and environmental heritage, and, finally, education. The resources, which amount to 92 thousand euros, are intended for private institutions, social cooperatives and public non-profit organizations.
Dall’Era Valerio thus collaborates, among the many companies in the area, to mark the direction of modern business philanthropy. A concrete solidarity, which has few and simple rules: everyone must contribute with their own skills to the development of the territory through the support of new projects. The call for proposals was submitted on 29 October and applications were received until 20 November. The pre-selection of projects was announced on 19 December and will end on 25 February 2020, when the organisations that have achieved the objective will be announced. These proposals must be implemented within one year of the allocation of the share granted, which may not exceed 50% of the intervention. The Fondazione della Comunità Bresciana is an autonomous entity that over the years has consolidated its role as a territorial reference point for the many companies that wish to donate without taking care of it directly and from the point of view of an aggregating body of resources. A leading role not only for the Val Sabbia, but also for the other valleys – October is traditionally the month of opening of calls for proposals for the valleys of Brescia – and finally for the entire province. More than 130 calls managed over time, which have had the merit of distributing sums aimed at concrete interventions for a choral development of the territory.
