Dall’Era Valerio has a long know-how in terms of “quality”, acquired through the application of rigorous and tested production control procedures and of a latest instrumentation for measuring brass parts. All this has led the company to a minimum waste level on millions of pieces produced. The philosophy that guides us is simple: the nut, like any other component made, must be highly reliable so that it can be installed in full harmony in the thermo-sanitary system, gas, refrigeration, taps or valves to which it is destined.
The quality department of Dall’Era Valerio is composed of a team of 4 technicians with an average age of around 40 years. Quality managers receive ongoing training, both internal and external. Internal training takes place through the transfer of knowledge of senior technicians – bearers of over fifty years of experience in the production of nuts and brass components – to the younger ones. External training includes 3 courses a year, with specific objectives: methodologies and training models, use of tools and techniques to improve production and, lastly, innovative techniques of quality control and non-compliance management.
The quality department is supplied with one of the most complete and technologically advanced instruments in the field of measuring brass nuts, T-pieces, elbows, connections, inserts, knurled nuts, caps, water connections, headworks, wing nuts, knobs and heating tails from 1/2 “to 2”.

Combined measurement station that allows you to perform roughness and 2D profile measurements in a single location. Depending on the measurement task, it is possible to activate the GD 25 translating unit for roughness estimation or the PCV translating unit to evaluate the 2D profile.
Portable measuring station that allows to perform the exact evaluation of the roughness thickness on the surfaces.
