DALL’ERA VALERIO HAS RESTARTED THE PRODUCTION OF BRASS NUTS

Dall’Era Valerio has restarted all the departments for the production of brass nuts and other components. Following the recent decision of the Italian Government to stop the total lockdown, the entire Italian industrial sector was able to reopen. The mandatory closure was established by the authorities in March, abruptly interrupting work.

Production, deliveries, logistics and all other activities saw a forced, but necessary, lockdown of a few weeks. We used this period to prepare intensively for a safe reopening. An extraordinary sanitation was carried out on all the offices and the entire plant, the workstations, and the equipment. In addition, the premises have been reorganised so that we can resume work in the safest possible way and in accordance with the regulations in force.

Restarting the production of brass nuts in complete safety

The restart of the production of brass nuts was carried out in full compliance with a strict safety protocol. We are working respecting the physical distance between one employee and another, wearing the masks, applying the sanitizing devices in all environments and controlling the body temperature. The company’s first concern is not to endanger the safety of workers. The authorities have imposed a reopening with strict restrictions on all Italian activities. Dall’Era Valerio is therefore careful to create the conditions for a safe environment.

The resumption of production activities to satisfy international customers

The production activity is gradually catching up with orders from international customers. Several orders have suffered inevitable delays. However, the production line, which includes over 50 machines, is now gradually resuming activity. In normal times, volumes are around 1.3 million pieces per day. In the world, many companies have started up again and need brass components. Among the sectors that are slowly recovering are plumbing, gas, cooling systems, taps and valves.
