In compliance with the alternation school work Dall’Era Valerio hosts the students of technical high schools in the Brescia area in partnership with Confindustria Brescia.
In the tradition of work culture, the company is hosting several trainees in the main departments. The internships in the company last a few weeks and involve students who want to see up close the manufacturing work for which they studied at school. It is in fact a path that Dall’Era Valerio has implemented in partnership with Confindustria Brescia, local district that represents the largest industrial association in Italy.

Alternating school work allows for a narrowing of the gap between the school system and the world of work. It reinforces the theoretical training with the skills and professional requirements required by companies in order to really respond to the needs of small, as well as large companies. Dall’Era Valerio is in fact partner for components and brass fittings of many large companies, including corporations with precise product requirements.
